Meetup on enabling change

The world is changing forever faster, no news there.

Enforcing change does not lead to sustainable change, that is becoming clear as well.

In this Meetup, Jürgen and Karen presented 9 strategies in 3 angles of impact. Nourished by cases of the participants, we explored the different strategies, made them concrete in a range of techniques, and discover how to make a choice between them.

In this Meetup, Jürgen and Karen presented 9 strategies in 3 angles of impact. Nourished by cases of the participants, we explored the different strategies.

To make them more concrete, we asked participants to select the best description of a strategy they used in change by standing near the most appropriate topic. 

Intervision

We then used intervision to clarify a change challenge of one of the participants. The fresh look at the problem enabled him to see that he needed to look at the problem in a different way. The first step to solving the problem.
